Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment for overseas clients, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with international placement processes across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for overseas job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and foreign clients.
- Verify candidate documents and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with visa documentation and emigration formalities.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and deployment process.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely submission of CVs.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving placement targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive, and result-oriented attitude.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities and meet deadlines.
