Vraify is seeking experienced Freelance HR Recruiters to support global hiring for ongoing remote projects.

This is a performance-based freelance opportunity for recruiters with solid independent sourcing and candidate-screening experience. You will source qualified candidates across multiple countries, industries, and specialist skill areas.

Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, professional networks, freelance platforms, and direct outreach.
- Build candidate pipelines for remote and contract roles in technical, AI, language, data annotation, finance, engineering, and specialist functions.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Assess candidates’ experience, English communication, availability, eligibility, and fit for assignments.
- Coordinate candidate follow-ups for assessments, interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates.
- Ensure submitted candidates are responsive, interested, and eligible.




- Maintain candidate confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.
- Experience sourcing candidates for remote or contract-based roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Ability to independently identify, engage, screen, and submit qualified candidates.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Reliable laptop and internet connection.

Compensation

- This is not a fixed monthly-salary or hourly role.
- Recruiters earn ₹1,500 for each candidate successfully selected and onboarded.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per day
