Field Operations Executive – Munnar

Location: Munnar, Kerala | Job Type: Full-time | Joining: Immediate

We are hiring a Field Operations Executive to manage property operations, guest experience, local partnerships, and business development across our Munnar properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Conduct property visits, inspections, and quality checks.
- Coordinate with property owners, caretakers, and local partners.
- Develop travel-agent and B2B partnerships.
- Identify sales and revenue opportunities.
- Support new property onboarding and improve property performance.
- Manage on-ground issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

- Hospitality, travel, sales, or field operations experience preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Good knowledge/network in Munnar is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Munnar, Kerala
