Biowel Inc is looking for a Service Executive to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer service support for medical diagnostic equipment, particularly Blood Gas and related diagnostic analyzers.

The candidate will be responsible for attending customer service requirements at hospitals and laboratories and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customer service calls and provide technical support.
- Installation and commissioning of diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and identify technical issues.
- Coordinate with the company and principal technical team for escalated service issues.
- Provide basic user guidance and technical support to customers.
- Maintain service reports and service-related documentation.
- Follow up on pending service complaints until closure.
- Support equipment demonstrations and installations whenever required.
- Visit hospitals, laboratories and other customer locations across Kerala.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI, Electronics, Electronics & Communication,



Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
- Diploma candidates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical equipment / diagnostic equipment servicing is preferred.
- Freshers with good technical aptitude may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

- Medical / Biomedical Equipment
- Clinical Diagnostic Equipment
- Laboratory Analyzers
- Blood Gas Analyzers
- IVD Equipment
- Electronics / Instrumentation servicing
- Radiometer / ABL analyzers

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Ability to work independently and respond to service requirements promptly.

Additional Requirements

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
