Key Responsibilities1. JEE Physics Teaching

- Deliver high-quality Physics classes for NEET, JEE Main and JEE Advanced aspirants.
- Teach Physics concepts from fundamentals to advanced problem-solving levels.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding among students rather than relying solely on formula-based learning.
- Solve and explain JEE-level numerical problems systematically.
- Train students to approach complex and multi-concept JEE problems.
- Cover the prescribed JEE Physics syllabus within the academic calendar.
- Maintain appropriate pace and depth based on student learning levels.

2. Integrated PU + JEE Teaching

- Teach Physics within an Integrated PU + JEE/ NEET academic model.
- Effectively balance Karnataka PUC Board syllabus and JEE & NEET preparation.
- Ensure that students are simultaneously prepared for:
- Karnataka PUC examinations
- JEE Main
- JEE Advanced
- NEET
- Identify overlaps between the PU and JEE syllabus and use them effectively during classroom teaching.
- Plan lessons in a manner that strengthens Board fundamentals while progressively developing JEE-level problem-solving ability.
- Understand the academic pressures faced by students pursuing PU and competitive-exam preparation simultaneously.

3. Academic Planning

- Prepare detailed lesson plans aligned with the academic calendar.
- Plan completion of syllabus well in advance.
- Develop chapter-wise teaching strategies.
- Identify important concepts, frequently tested areas and high-weightage topics.
- Plan revision schedules before major examinations.
- Create structured preparation plans for JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure timely syllabus completion.

4. Problem Solving & Advanced Preparation

- Develop high-quality JEE-level questions and problem sets.
- Use previous years' JEE Main and JEE Advanced questions extensively during preparation.
- Train students in:
- Concept application
- Numerical problem solving
- Time management
- Question selection
- Accuracy
- Logical reasoning
- Multi-concept problem solving
- Conduct advanced problem-solving sessions for high-performing students.
- Help students progress from basic questions to JEE Advanced-level problems.

5. Tests, Assignments & Evaluation

- Prepare chapter-wise assignments and practice sheets.
- Conduct regular tests and assessments.
- Analyse student performance after every test.
- Identify conceptual gaps and weak areas.
- Provide appropriate remedial support.
- Track individual student progress.
- Work with the academic team to create performance improvement plans for students requiring additional support.

6. Student Mentoring

- Mentor students beyond classroom teaching.
- Understand individual student strengths, weaknesses and learning challenges.
- Provide academic guidance and examination strategies.




- Motivate students during challenging phases of JEE preparation.
- Encourage disciplined study habits and consistent practice.
- Identify students who are struggling academically and intervene proactively.
- Support high-performing students with advanced preparation and additional problem-solving.

7. Parent Communication

- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and academic reviews.
- Communicate student performance and areas of improvement to parents.
- Provide constructive feedback regarding the student's preparation.
- Explain academic expectations and preparation requirements to parents when required.
- Work with the counselling and academic teams to ensure consistent communication with parents.

8. Doubt Resolution

- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions.
- Resolve student doubts accurately and patiently.
- Encourage students to ask conceptual questions.
- Identify recurring conceptual difficulties among students.
- Provide additional explanation, examples and practice wherever required.

9. Study Material & Content Development

- Contribute to the development and improvement of:
- JEE Physics study material
- Practice worksheets
- Assignments
- Question banks
- Revision material
- Test papers
- JEE Main practice papers
- JEE Advanced problem sets
- Review existing academic content for accuracy and relevance.
- Suggest improvements to academic material based on classroom experience and student performance.

10. Academic Discipline & Classroom Management

- Maintain a positive, disciplined and engaging classroom setting.
- Ensure students remain actively involved during classes.
- Maintain punctuality and consistency in classroom delivery.
- Follow the academic calendar and institutional teaching protocols.
- Maintain professional conduct with students, parents and colleagues.
- Take ownership of academic responsibilities assigned by the academic leadership.

11. Performance Analysis

- Regularly analyse student test scores and academic performance.
- Track individual and batch-level performance.
- Identify performance trends.
- Work with the academic leadership team to improve student outcomes.
- Take corrective action when students or batches are underperforming.
- Contribute to improving overall JEE Physics results.

12. Collaboration With Academic Team

- Coordinate with Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology faculty wherever required.
- Work closely with academic coordinators and management.
- Participate in faculty meetings and academic planning sessions.




- Share observations regarding student performance and academic requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Integrated JEE program.

Educational Qualification

Essential

- Bachelor's Degree in Physics / Physics-related discipline from a recognized university.

Preferred

- M.Sc. Physics
- B.Sc. Physics
- B.E./B.Tech from a reputed institution with demonstrated JEE Physics teaching expertise
- Candidates with IIT/NIT background will be preferred.

Note: Academic qualification will be considered along with demonstrated JEE teaching capability and classroom experience.

- Candidates with M.Sc. Physics / M.Tech / M.E. / B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent qualifications with strong Physics fundamentals may also be considered, depending on JEE teaching expertise.

Experience RequiredEssential

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in JEE Physics.

Strongly Preferred

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Integrated PU + JEE program.
- Experience teaching students in a Karnataka PU + JEE Integrated model.
- Experience working with reputed JEE coaching institutes or integrated PU institutions.
- Proven track record of producing strong JEE results.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates who have previously worked in:

- Integrated PU + JEE programs
- PU + JEE coaching institutions
- JEE-focused coaching institutes
- Residential/integrated competitive examination programs
- Karnataka-based PU/JEE institutions

will be strongly preferred.

- Proven experience teaching JEE Main and JEE Advanced Physics.
- Strong classroom teaching experience with students preparing for competitive examinations.

Candidates from Karnataka preferred

We are specifically looking for a faculty member who understands the Karnataka education ecosystem and the academic requirements of students pursuing PU along with JEE preparation.

The candidate should:

- Be from Karnataka or have significant teaching experience in Karnataka.
- Understand the Karnataka PUC academic structure.
- Have experience teaching students from Karnataka PU institutions.
- Understand the challenges of balancing PU Board preparation with JEE preparation.
- Be comfortable communicating with students in Kannada.

Language Requirement

Kannada proficiency is strongly preferred.

The ability to communicate effectively in:

- English – Mandatory
- Kannada – Strongly Preferred
- Hindi – Added advantage

The faculty should be able to explain difficult concepts clearly and comfortably to students from Karnataka.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
