Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers to join our Production Team in our paint manufacturing unit. The candidate will assist in day-to-day production activities, follow standard operating procedures, maintain quality and safety standards, and support the team in achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day paint manufacturing and production activities.
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment as per instructions.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Check and maintain proper raw material usage during production.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Stores team for material requirements.
- Monitor production processes and report abnormalities or breakdowns to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards on the shop floor.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures at all times.
- Record basic production details, batch information, and material usage.
- Support loading, mixing, filling,



and packing activities as required.
- Assist in reducing material wastage and improving production efficiency.
- Work effectively as part of the production team and follow shift schedules.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production processes.
- Willingness to learn paint and chemical manufacturing processes.
- Basic mechanical/technical knowledge.
- Positive observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Good discipline and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualification:

- BSC /MSC - Science / chemical background .
- Diploma – Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical or related discipline.

Working Conditions:

- Factory-based / Shop-floor role.
- Shift-based work depending on production requirements.
- Must follow PPE, safety, and workplace discipline requirements.
- Training will be provided to suitable freshers.
