The Swift Hire LLC is looking for a results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales to market consultants, build vendor relationships, generate opportunities, and drive placements.

POSITION DETAILS:-

- Experience:- 1–2 Years – US IT Bench Sales
- Location:- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh | Onsite
- Shift:- US Business Hours / Night Shift
- Industry:- US IT Staffing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Market and place IT consultants on bench with suitable clients and staffing vendors.
- Generate requirements, submissions, interviews, and placement opportunities through vendor calls, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and clients.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts and drive opportunities through closure.
- Manage consultant marketing, submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and placement closures.
- Maintain accurate consultant and vendor information in the ATS/CRM.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:-





- 1–2 years of proven experience specifically in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong understanding of US IT Staffing, C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
- Established vendor/client network and experience working with US staffing partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to generate quality submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a US shift.
