Job Summary

Experience in PMO, business analysis, programme reporting, governance, or project support roles (4-5 years).
Strong understanding of project controls, RAID logs, status reporting, resource tracking, milestone management, and governance forums.
Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, operations, risk, compliance, or transformation programmes.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, consolidate inputs, challenge data quality, and produce management-ready reporting.
Robust written communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data presentation skills.
Maintain programme governance artefacts including RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, workstream updates, and milestone plans.
Consolidate updates from workstream leads, Scrum Masters, project managers, engineering teams, and third-party partners.
Prepare weekly status packs, KPI dashboards, resource views, backlog summaries, and management reporting materials.
Track resource allocation, capacity constraints, ownership gaps, and escalation items across the programme.
Support governance meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, documenting decisions, and following up on actions.




Identify reporting inconsistencies, data gaps, delivery risks, and control weaknesses, and recommend improvements.

Programme reporting, KPI dashboards, management packs, and executive summaries.
Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar reporting and workflow tools.
RAID management, dependency tracking, action logs, decision logs, milestone plans, and governance calendars.
Resource management, capacity tracking, workstream coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.
Business analysis documentation including process flows, requirements, assumptions, gaps, and acceptance criteria.
Strong ability to structure information clearly and present complex updates in a concise, leadership-ready format.
