Job Description – E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize marketplace operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, order management, inventory coordination, marketplace performance, and day-to-day account operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Noon.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and product attributes.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Track marketplace performance, sales, revenue, and operational metrics.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, account issues, suppressed listings, and marketplace-related problems.
- Monitor pricing, promotions, offers, and product visibility.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, orders, inventory, and marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams and raise/track support cases when required.
- Ensure marketplace policies, guidelines,



and operational requirements are followed.
- Analyze marketplace data and identify opportunities to improve sales and account performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, online retail, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with one or more major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Good knowledge of product listing, catalog management, order processing, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplace activities and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in managing seller/vendor accounts will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
