We are looking for an HR & Accounts Executive to support our HR and Accounts teams. The role will involve a mix of HR operations, payroll and basic accounting/project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, documentation and exit formalities.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and employee salary-related records.
- Support the Accounts team with work orders, bills, payments and basic accounting activities.
- Assist in project-wise cost tracking and analysis.
- Manage and maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and Excel-based statements.
- Coordinate with project,



accounts and management teams for required documentation and information.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of routine HR and accounts activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, Accounts or a similar combined role.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of payroll and accounting.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books or similar accounting software will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple routine tasks with accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
