Job Description – Accounts Manager

Location: Near MM Fun City, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Up to 80,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting, financial operations, statutory compliances, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Handle general accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and financial reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Handle banking activities, payments, transactions, and bank coordination.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and accurate financial records.




- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of books of accounts.
- Assist management with financial analysis and accounting decisions.

Requirements

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Solid practical knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory returns, Balance Sheet, banking, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and team-management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
