Job Description - Accountant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related filings.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and other management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other external parties when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in e-commerce/trading/manufacturing accounts will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing, e-way bills, and GST reconciliation.
- Familiarity with inventory and purchase accounting.
- Ability to independently handle routine accounting activities.

Pay: ₹12,257.30 - ₹30,000.00 per month
