Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and development of healthcare projects from concept through execution. The role requires strong architectural design expertise, technical knowledge, multidisciplinary coordination, client management, and team leadership.

The Senior Architect will work closely with the Design Head, clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet functional, aesthetic, technical, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead the design and development of healthcare facility projects from concept to execution.

- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants for integrated project delivery.

- Manage and guide architects, designers, and junior team members.

- Review drawings and deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.

- Conduct design reviews and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants and incorporate project requirements and feedback.

- Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings.

- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory requirements, safety standards, and healthcare guidelines.

- Apply NABH and JCI guidelines in healthcare facility planning and design.





- Support value engineering and cost optimization while maintaining design intent.

- Assist the Design Head in implementing design standards and quality-control processes.

- Support technical presentations and proposal submissions when required.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and mentor the architectural team.

- Delegate tasks and manage workloads effectively.

- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

- Conduct design reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training activities.

- Promote effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design.

- Robust experience in healthcare projects or large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Proven experience in project/team leadership and stakeholder management.

- Good knowledge of healthcare facility planning, building codes, and statutory regulations.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural design software.

- Hands-on experience in project management and project execution.

- Knowledge of NABH and JCI guidelines.

- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
