Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and reliability of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize solutions. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain seamless integration and optimal performance, while continuously adapting applications to align with organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Robust understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive business insights.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and tools to customize and extend packaged or cloud applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application configuration and performance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
