- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, orders, delivery status, and availability.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Record customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Provide accurate information about company products, specifications, and services.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts teams to resolve customer issues.
- Update customer details, call records, orders, and follow-up information in the company system.
- Inform customers about order status, production progress, and expected delivery dates.




- Collect customer feedback and communicate suggestions or recurring issues to management.
- Make follow-up calls to existing customers and support repeat business.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, inquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved within the required timeframe.
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and a customer-focused approach during all interactions.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
