Education Qualification :
Any Graduate (Engineering / Science)

Certification :
Technology | Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

Delivery Skills required are :
Provide L2-level operational support for Microsoft Azure environments with minimal guidance.
Basic understanding of Azure services like Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Azure AD.
Familiarity with Azure Portal navigation and resource provisioning.
Assist in performing routine tasks using PowerShell and Azure CLI for Azure resource management.
Support the implementation and maintenance of Ansible playbooks for automation tasks.
Perform basic monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for Windows and Linux servers.
Collaborate with L3 engineers to escalate and resolve complex incidents and service requests.
Maintain and update technical documentation for procedures and configurations.
Follow ITIL practices for incident, change, and problem management processes..
Ability to perform basic health checks and log reviews.
Positive verbal and written communication.
