What will you do

1. Review and monitor the Quality Management System, Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures being implemented by EPC Contractors.

2. Conduct site inspections and quality surveillance to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and contract requirements by EPC Contractors.

3. Review and recommend approval of materials, suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractor quality submissions to be used on the project.

4. Witness and verify field and laboratory testing activities of EPC Contractors, ensuring compliance with approved testing standards and frequencies. Audit EPC Contractors’ processes, quality records, and implementation of quality management procedures.

5. Participate in quality review meetings and resolve technical issues.

6. Provide guidance for concrete quality issues, material substitutions and construction methodology improvements at the site.

Review EPC Contractors’ quality-related submissions, including material approvals, method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), test reports, shop drawings, quality plans, and as-built documentation.

8. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, laboratories, proof consultants, and client representatives on quality matters.

9. Identify quality deficiencies, issue observations/NCRs, and monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Prepare quality surveillance reports, audit reports, NCR tracking reports, quality performance reports, and compliance assessments.

10. Monitor quality compliance during commissioning, project completion, handover, and defect rectification stages.

11. Advise the Client on quality risks, non-conformities, and acceptance or rejection of works.

12. Ensure all infrastructure works, including roads, utilities, water supply, sewerage, drainage, STP/CETP, electrical systems, and associated facilities, meet the specified quality standards and long-term performance requirements.

What you bring

Qualification & Skills Requirement:

1. B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering

2. Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

3. Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI, BS, IS codes).

4. Good report writing skills.

5.



Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Experience Requirement:

1. Minimum 15 years of qualified experience with a minimum of 8 years in QA/QC for Civil Construction Work.

2. Hands-on experience in supervising and verifying contractor adherence to QA/QC procedures for critical activities such as concrete pouring & cube testing, earthwork compaction & field density tests, and structural/finishing works.

3. Exposure to ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing practices.

4. Experience in coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to project quality plans.
