Enphamed Biotech Pvt Ltd is a growing pharmaceutical company based in Behala, Kolkata. We are committed to delivering quality healthcare products and are looking for a capable and dependable Distribution Executive support our financial operations and help drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generating Sales Invoice & Purchase Invoice

· Preparing E-way bill & E- Invoice

· Stock Verification (Reconciliation of stock in the system daily)

· Procurement of sales order, Purchase

· Liaison with distributors and SCM

· Preparation of Ageing and generating weekly MIS reports as per requirement

· Keeping a record of sales





· Inventory control including defining slow and non-moving items

· Handling C&F; related work

· Handling Debit and Credit Note

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or a related field

· Working knowledge of E-invoicing and E-way bill generation

· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software

· Solid understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation

· Ability to prepare MIS reports and analyse data effectively
