Key Responsibilities

- Packaging Design: Develop primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials for current product launches and improvements.
- BOM Management: Prepare and maintain packaging Bills of Materials (BOM) for domestic and export markets.
- Artwork & Proofs: Review artworks, coordinate shade card approvals, and work with vendors and internal teams via Artwork Management Systems (AMS).
- Change Control: Handle change control activities, documentation, and tracking through platforms like eQAMS.
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Marketing and NPD.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Packaging Technology, IIP (Institute of Indian Packaging), or equivalent. Freshers from packaging institutes preferred. Basic knowledge of packaging materials, printing, and supply chain concepts will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
