About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Angular, Node.js, NestJS, Python, and MySQL. The ideal candidate should also have basic knowledge of AWS, Linux server environments, REST APIs, and software architecture.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, designing and optimizing backend services and databases, supporting deployments, participating in technical discussions, and mentoring junior developers.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development

- Develop dynamic and responsive web applications using Angular.
- Build reusable components and frontend libraries.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and state management.
- Optimize application performance and UI/UX.

Backend Development

- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
- Build REST APIs and microservices.
- Implement business logic using Python when required.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Follow security and data protection best practices.
- Perform unit and integration testing.

Database Management

- Design, develop, and optimize MySQL databases.
- Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Handle indexing, data integrity, and performance tuning.
- Manage database migrations and backups.

Cloud & DevOps

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, including EC2, S3, and RDS.
- Work with Linux-based servers such as Ubuntu/CentOS.
- Configure and manage development, testing, and production environments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.




- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Architecture & Leadership

- Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and solution proposals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Angular
- Node.js & NestJS
- Python backend development
- MySQL database design & optimization
- AWS basics – deployment, hosting, and monitoring
- Linux server management
- Good knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Redis/caching.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience leading development teams.
