Key Purpose:
To ensure a delightful customer experience at the time of delivery of a new vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check and report PDI readiness of the vehicle 24 hours before delivery.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and decoration 2 hours before delivery.
- Explain key vehicle features using the Quick Start Guide.
- Explain important safety features and emergency handling points.
- Ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate and execute ceremonial delivery processes.
- Explain dealership and M&M; 24×7 helpline numbers.
- Get the MNVH form filled and signed by the customer.
- Explain Home-Installation and schedule the customer's appointment within 48 hours.

Skills Required:

- Good technical knowledge
- Presentable and well-groomed
- Hospitable and customer-friendly
- Punctual
- Valuable public relations skills
- Fluent in local language, Hindi and English

Education: Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years in technical functions; automobile industry knowledge is desirable.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
