Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Site Supervisor cum Civil Engineer to manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, manpower management, quality control, measurements, material planning, daily reporting and coordination with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution

- As per approved drawing, BOQ and specifications work execute karwana.
- Daily site activities plan aur monitor karna.
- Civil construction, repair, renovation, demolition and maintenance works supervise karna.
- Work progress ko project schedule ke according maintain karna.

2. Labour & Manpower Management

- Masons, labourers and subcontractors ko daily work allocate karna.
- Labour attendance aur productivity monitor karna.
- Labour requirement ka advance planning karna.
- Team discipline aur site productivity maintain karna.

3. Quality Control

- Construction work ki quality continuously check karna.
- Material aur workmanship specifications ke according ensure karna.
- Defective/incorrect work ko identify karke rectify karwana.
- Rework aur material wastage control karna.

4. Measurement & Billing

- Daily measurements accurately record karna.
- BOQ ke according executed quantity verify karna.
- Measurement sheets/MB ke liye required data prepare karna.




- Client/department measurement ke time proper coordination karna.
- RA bills aur final billing ke liye quantity data provide karna.

5. Material Management

- Site par required material ki timely requirement dena.
- Material receiving aur quantity verification karna.
- Cement, steel, sand, aggregate, tiles and other materials ka proper utilisation ensure karna.
- Material wastage aur unnecessary consumption control karna.

6. Daily Reporting

- Daily Progress Report (DPR) prepare karna.
- Daily work completed, manpower, material consumption aur site issues report karna.
- Site photographs aur progress updates maintain karna.
- Any delay, shortage or technical issue immediately management ko report karna.

7. Drawing & Technical Work

- Civil drawings ko read aur understand karna.
- Site dimensions aur levels check karna.
- Drawing ke according execution ensure karna.
- Site par required basic technical decisions lena aur major issues management/engineer ke saath discuss karna.

8. Client & Department Coordination

- Client representatives, government department officials, consultants and subcontractors ke saath coordination.
- Site inspection aur work verification ke liye proper preparation.
- Site-related queries ka timely resolution.

Required Qualification





- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Civil construction/site supervision ka practical experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills

- AutoCAD/drawing reading knowledge.
- BOQ & quantity measurement knowledge.
- Basic estimation knowledge.
- MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- DPR and site documentation.
- Labour & subcontractor management.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.

The selected candidate will be expected to:

- Submit accurate daily reports and measurements.
- Ensure proper site discipline and safety.
- Keep management informed about site progress and problems.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + applicable incentives/allowances, depending on qualification, experience and performance.

Project Manager / Proprietor

Job Type

Full-Time | Site Based

Candidate should be willing to travel to different project sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
