Position: Retail Trainer / Store Training Executive

Key Responsibilities:

✅ 97%+ monthly training coverage of assigned stores

✅ 100% attendance of target employees

✅ In-person training – OJT, Simulations & Role Plays

✅ Pharma, Behavioral & Process Training

✅ Maintain MIS, attendance, assessments & feedback

✅ Training report submission on T+3 basis

Candidate Requirements:

4–8 years relevant Training/L&D; experience

Excellent verbal & written communication

Prior Pharma/Behavioral/Process training experience

Strong presentation & content delivery skills

*Telugu & Kannada – Mandatory*

⭐ Pharma industry experience highly preferred

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
