Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and MLOps.

The ideal candidate should have strong theoretical knowledge along with hands-on experience developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions.
- Apply statistical, mathematical, and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
- Develop AI/ML models using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Work on NLP and/or Computer Vision applications.
- Develop and implement Generative AI solutions, including RAG, Agentic Workflows, Graph RAG, and Model Tuning.
- Build and optimize Deep Learning models using CNNs, RNNs, and Transformer architectures.
- Develop scalable ML pipelines and production-ready AI solutions.
- Monitor and improve model performance and reliability.
- Work with cloud platforms, security, and MLOps practices.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Solid knowledge of statistics, probability, calculus, and mathematical modeling.
- Experience with algorithms such as:
- Random Forest
- SVM
- Gradient Boosting
- XGBoost
- Regression
- Clustering
- PCA
- Time Series Analysis
- Hands-on experience with CNN, RNN, and Transformer architectures.
- Experience in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
- Strong Generative AI experience with RAG, Agentic AI, Graph RAG, and Model Tuning.
- Experience deploying ML solutions into production.
- Knowledge of Cloud Security and MLOps.

Preferred Profile

Candidates who can demonstrate a strong track record of taking AI/ML models from concept and experimentation through production deployment are preferred.

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
