RCM TEAM LEADS – AR
Location: CSEZ, Kakkanad, Cochin
Role Overview
The AR Team Lead will manage a team of 5–10 members focused on insurance follow-up and collections. This role requires strong knowledge of AR workflows, payer follow-up strategies, and the ability to achieve resolution and recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise AR follow-up team members to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Review high-value or escalated claims and guide the resolution strategy.
- Train staff on payer communication and denial resolution techniques.
- Monitor AR aging reports and ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in medical billing with AR follow-up experience.
- Deep knowledge of AR processes, payer communications, and appeals.
- Proven leadership skills with small teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Kochi.
