Job Summary

Ingenious Netsoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, and excellent communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts for clients, developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and confidently handling client calls and communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Manage and maintain social media profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, and coordinate engaging content including posts, captions, reels, stories, and other social media creatives.
- Prepare and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Attend and manage client calls to understand requirements, provide updates, discuss strategies, and address queries professionally.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and timely follow-ups.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, video editors,



and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently handle client calls and presentations.
- Robust client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics, insights, and performance metrics.
- Experience in developing content strategies and social media calendars.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with multiple clients or digital marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling/reporting tools will be preferred.
