Who can apply?

Education: Graduate in any discipline; degrees in Arts, Commerce, Management, Design, or related fields preferred.

What will you do?

- Design learning experiences using gamification and instructional design principles, including learner journeys, storyboards and learning activities.
- Create offline learning assets such as PPTs, FG/PGs, handouts, activities and knowledge checks.
- Build interactive e-learning courses using Rise 360,



including content, interactions, assessments and publishing.
- Develop advanced e-learning experiences using Articulate Storyline, including interactive elements, assessments, QA and capstone projects.
- Work with the team to deliver projects within defined TATs
- Use AI tools for research and content creation
- Learn and work with e-learning authoring tools

What are we looking for?

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
- Strong digital skills and willingness to learn new tools
- Good visual sense and ability to present information clearly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ownership and responsibility towards your work
- Curious and eager to learn
- Valuable problem-solving skills
- Comfortable receiving feedback and working collaboratively

Pay: ₹213,919.09 - ₹379,308.94 per year
