The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall operations, sales, staff management, customer service, inventory, food quality, hygiene, and profitability of the outlet. The manager must ensure smooth daily operations and maintain company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate all crew members.
- Prepare and manage staff shifts and attendance.
- Ensure proper customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and product availability.
- Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Control food costs and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Ensure all employees follow company policies, grooming standards, and uniform requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
