Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off

We are looking for AR Associates / Sr. AR Associates with experience in US Healthcare Physician Billing – Provider Side to join our team at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AR Calling, insurance follow-ups, claim status, denials, and payment-related issues for physician/provider billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling for US Healthcare Physician Billing – Provider Side.
- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding physician claims.
- Contact insurance payers to check claim status, payment status, denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Analyze denied and unpaid claims and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Work on AR aging and prioritize accounts based on outstanding balances and aging.
- Perform regular insurance follow-ups to ensure timely claim resolution and payment.
- Identify claim issues such as eligibility, authorization, coding, billing,



and payer-related discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-ups and claim actions.
- Coordinate with internal billing/coding teams for claim resolution.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Physician Billing / Provider-Side AR.
- Hands-on experience in AR Calling is mandatory/preferred.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance and physician billing processes.
- Experience handling payer calls and claim follow-ups.
- Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates comfortable working from Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai are preferred.
