WE’RE HIRING – SALES COUNSELOR

Locations: Rajpura & Ambala
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Counselor to join our team at our Rajpura and Ambala offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students about our stock market and skill-based courses.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Convert prospective students into enrollments.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
- Explain course details, fees and career opportunities.
- Coordinate with trainers and the internal team.
- Maintain student records and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Ensure a positive student experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales/counseling experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
