Location: Kochi
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual and detailed project cost estimates.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analyses and estimate breakdowns.
- Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Assist with bid analysis, tendering and contract negotiations.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and contractors.
- Assist the GM with reports, correspondence, meetings and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams and follow up on pending activities.
- Maintain contracts, estimates and significant project records.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in estimation or construction.
- Good communication, coordination and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
