Position Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare insightful reports, develop dashboards, and support management with data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Data Analysis

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly MIS reports.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards for Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR, Purchase, and Operations.
- Analyze sales trends, customer performance, inventory movement, and business KPIs.
- Generate reports for management reviews and strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely report submission.

Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence

- Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Create data visualizations and performance reports.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and present actionable business insights.

Database & Data Management

- Manage and maintain large datasets.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.




- Maintain master data and ensure database accuracy.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect business data.

Automation & Process Improvement

- Automate MIS reports using Excel formulas, Power Query, and Macros.
- Improve reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
- Document MIS processes and SOPs.
- Support ERP reporting and system improvements.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Sales, Accounts, HR, Purchase, Warehouse, and Management teams.
- Understand reporting requirements and deliver customized MIS reports.
- Provide analytical support for business planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.Com, BBA, or any relevant discipline.
- Certification in Power BI, Advanced Excel, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, Reporting Executive, or Business Analyst.
- Freshers with exceptional skills in Advanced Excel and Power BI may also apply.
