Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring. - Develop and implement HR policies and processes. - Handle onboarding, employee relations, and grievance matters.

- Support performance management, training & development.

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.

- Manage compensation and wage-related processes.

Candidate Profile

- 6–8 years of relevant HR experience

. - Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR management.

- Good understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to independently handle HR operations.
