Supply Chain Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Mumbai

Travel: Willingness to travel to vendors and collection centres is required.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Executive to coordinate with vendors, collection centres, and internal teams to ensure smooth availability, movement, and management of raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with all vendors and collection centres for regular raw material requirements.

* Follow up on raw material orders, dispatches, deliveries, and transportation.

* Ensure timely availability of raw materials as per production requirements.

* Coordinate and follow up for vendor payments and outstanding payments with the Accounts team.

* Maintain and monitor raw material inventory at collection centres and other locations.

* Track stock movement, inward/outward material, and prepare regular inventory reports.

* Coordinate with collection centre teams for manpower handling and day-to-day operational requirements.





* Monitor manpower availability and ensure smooth handling of collection centre activities.

* Resolve issues related to material, dispatch, delivery, vendors, and collection centres.

* Maintain proper records of purchase orders, dispatches, inventory, and vendor details.

* Prepare MIS and regular updates on procurement, inventory, dispatch, and collection centre performance.

* Travel to vendors, collection centres, and other locations as required.

Qualification:
