About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our on-site sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property inquiries, meeting potential customers, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle incoming property inquiries and generate new sales leads.

● Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

● Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and available units.

● Arrange and conduct on-site property visits for prospective buyers.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

● Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.

● Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.

● Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.

● Coordinate with the management and other teams during the sales process.





● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional service.

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.

● Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

● Good communication and convincing skills.

● Hindi and Gujarati communication skills preferred.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.

● Must be comfortable working in office and attending customer meetings.

● Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.

● Positive attitude, confidence, and strong follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹13,799.01 - ₹55,856.84 per month
