Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize casting methods, including gating, feeding and risering systems.
- Prepare casting method layouts, cluster/set-up designs and method sheets.
- Carry out solidification and casting simulation and implement improvements.
- Support new product development from feasibility review through production approval.
- Optimize metal yield, reduce casting defects and improve process capability.
- Work closely with Design, Quality, Production and Tool Room teams for successful development of castings.
- Analyze casting defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support trials, validation and process standardization for new and existing products.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to casting methods and process parameters.

Qualification: Diploma or Degree engineer( Mechanical or Metallurgy)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
