Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible Multi Skilled Technician (MST) to manage multi‑location showroom R&M; works and ensure smooth facility operations. The MST will handle technical maintenance, minor civil works, and staff coordination, while being ready to travel across multiple cities within the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical & Plumbing – Routine maintenance, fault rectification, and minor repairs.
- Air‑Conditioning – Minor A.C. repair and servicing.
- Civil & Painting – Organising and arranging civil works, painting, and touch‑ups.
- Carpentry & False Ceiling – Minor carpentry jobs, false ceiling repairs, and adjustments.
- Housekeeping Staff Management – Monitor staff attendance daily, arrange replacements in case of absenteeism, and ensure manpower availability.
- Multi‑Location R&M; Works – Responsible for repair & maintenance across multiple showroom cities, ensuring timely completion.




- Travel Readiness – Willingness to travel across cluster cities for scheduled and emergency tasks.

- Ernakulam, Kollam, Trissur, Kannur

Candidate Profile

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or technical support.
- Experience in managing housekeeping staff attendance and replacements.
- Willingness to travel across multiple cities.
- Robust organisational and problem‑solving skills.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
