Job Description: Human Resources & Administration Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources & Administration Manager who can efficiently manage HR operations while also overseeing key administrative functions of the organization.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources & Administration Manager will be responsible for managing the complete HR lifecycle including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and training & development. The role will also include handling general administration activities to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to maintain a professional and employee-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify manpower requirements and coordinate with management for approvals and hiring plans.
- Create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding formalities.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and consultants for timely closure of positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.




- Manage employee relations and address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Conduct performance appraisals, employee evaluations, and development discussions.
- Develop and implement employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and government regulations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, compensation structures, and employee benefits administration.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse employee turnover trends for retention planning.
- Counsel employees regarding performance improvement and workplace behaviour.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.

Administration Responsibilities

- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management activities.
- Supervise housekeeping, office maintenance, stationery, and office asset management.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance agencies.
- Ensure proper functioning of office infrastructure and facilities.
- Monitor workplace safety, cleanliness, and employee well-being.
- Handle administrative documentation, approvals, and record management.
- Support management in organizing meetings, events, and internal coordination activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.




- HR certifications or additional professional training will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, compliance management, and government regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Positive, approachable, and solution-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and administrative management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
