Job Description

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Client Servicing: Provide telephonic and email-based customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

- Investment Details: Generate and distribute account statements for clients, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of investment information.

- Managing Software: Manage investment transactions, including purchases, sales, and distributions,



using our designated software platform.

- Administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to back-office operations, including but not limited to data entry, KYC and FD form filing, and reporting.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a back-office or client service role within the financial services industry.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Onsite role from our Fort office

Timing: 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
