Job Description

SAP B1 Functional Consultant

IT Infrastructure Manager

Position: HEAD - IT
Department: IT
Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience = Min 10 to 15 yrs of exp. in relevant industries
Reporting To: Management
Location: Ahmedabad

SAP Business One – Functional Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day functional support and administration of SAP Business One.
- Understand business processes and provide SAP B1 functional solutions.
- Handle SAP B1 modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Production, MRP, and related processes as applicable.
- Coordinate with users to understand issues, requirements, and process improvements.
- Configure SAP B1 based on approved business requirements.
- Manage user creation, authorization, roles, and access rights.
- Prepare and maintain SAP B1 reports, queries, dashboards, and MIS.
- Coordinate with SAP B1 implementation partners/vendors for customization, integration, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Monitor SAP B1 database/application performance and coordinate technical support when required.




- Support master data management and maintain data accuracy.
- Conduct user training and prepare SOPs/documentation.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Ensure proper backup, security, and business continuity for SAP B1.

IT Infrastructure Manager

- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain servers and infrastructure systems.
- Monitor server performance, storage, CPU, memory, and capacity.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user access.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, asset registers, and network diagrams.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage VLANs, IP addressing, routing, and network security.
- Coordinate with ISPs and network service providers.
- Provide escalation-level technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, server, and system issues.
- Manage laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT assets.
- Manage IT tickets, incidents, service requests, and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, licenses, warranties, and AMC contracts.
- Participate in IT procurement and technology evaluation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
