Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and drive key HR functions within the Life Insurance business. The role will involve talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, learning & development, and business partnering, with a strong focus on supporting sales and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the assigned business unit/region.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop appropriate HR strategies.
- Drive talent acquisition and manpower planning, particularly for sales and distribution teams.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and workforce productivity.
- Handle performance management, goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Identify training and development requirements and coordinate relevant L&D; programs.
- Support managers in handling employee grievances,



disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Monitor employee attrition and implement initiatives to improve employee retention.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, processes, and applicable employment regulations.
- Prepare and analyze HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Support organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business and functional leaders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
- Candidates from Tier-1 / premier B-Schools or reputed campuses are preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Life Insurance, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong experience in HRBP, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
- Experience supporting sales/distribution teams will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven business environment.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
