Candidates should have solid English communication skills and be comfortable handling international customer interactions in a US-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls professionally.

- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

- Follow defined process and quality guidelines.

- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.

- Deliver excellent customer service.

- Meet assigned productivity and quality parameters.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Undergraduate.

- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.





- Excellent English communication skills.

- Strong customer-handling skills.

- Comfortable working in US shifts.

- Willing to work from Phursungi, Pune.

- Comfortable with rotational weekly offs.
