Role: Project Coordinator / Project Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
- Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Site Teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and track project schedules, progress reports, and work plans.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement activities.
- Conduct site visits and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure timely client communication and project updates.
- Track project costs and support profitability targets.
- Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.




- 2–5 years of experience in project execution and site management.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.

Location: Farook, Kozhikode

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
