Job Responsibilities:

- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Prepare the OT, instruments, equipment, and required supplies before surgery.
- Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques inside the OT.
- Perform scrub nurse and circulating nurse duties as assigned.
- Check and maintain surgical instruments, consumables, and emergency equipment.
- Ensure correct patient identification, procedure, and surgical site before surgery.
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition as required.
- Assist with positioning and protected transfer of patients to and from the OT table.
- Maintain accurate counts of instruments, needles, swabs, and other materials.
- Handle specimens appropriately and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Assist in cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and preparation of OT after each procedure.
- Maintain OT records, registers, checklists, and surgical documentation.




- Follow hospital infection-control, biomedical-waste management, and patient-safety protocols.
- Ensure availability of emergency drugs, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing staff, CSSD, and other departments.
- Report any equipment malfunction, shortage, incident, or patient-safety concern to the concerned authority.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Perform duties during shifts, emergencies, and on-call requirements as assigned.

Qualification:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- OT experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
