We are looking for a Captain to join our restaurant team. The role involves serving guests with excellent hospitality while also supervising and guiding the service staff to ensure smooth dining operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Take orders and serve food & beverage orders accurately.

Supervise and guide waiters assign tables & duties.

Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

Handle guest queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Prior experience as Waiter/Captain/Team lead experience preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Abiility to manage a team and work in fast-paced environments.

Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems (preferred).

Salary range : 18,000 - 22,000

Meals will be provided during duty.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
