We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic EV Customer Support Executive who can help customers understand our electric vehicles.
Responsibilities:
-Explain basic information about Electric Vehicles (EVs)
-Understand basic parts like Battery, Motor, Charger and BMS
-Explain vehicle models, battery, range, speed and charging time
-Tell customers about basic features and warranty
-Welcome and greet customers politely
-Understand what the customer needs
-Give a easy introduction to the vehicle
-Arrange test rides for interested customers
-Forward technical questions to the Sales or Service team
-Handle customer complaints politely and record the details
Requirements:
-Good communication skills
-Basic understanding of EVs (training can be provided)
-Friendly and polite nature
-Ability to explain things in simple language
-Freshers can also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
