Qualification

B.Sc. Chemistry OR

Diploma in Wood & Paper Technology

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Experience in resin/adhesive manufacturing preferred

Key Responsibilities

· Planning and monitoring of resin production

· Preparation and manufacturing of resins and adhesives

· Conducting quality control and testing of resin

· Monitoring resin parameters such as viscosity, pH, solids content, gel time, and other relevant properties

· Maintaining batch records, production reports, and test results

· Ensuring consistency and quality of resin batches

· Coordinating with production and pre-lamination teams for resin requirements

· Troubleshooting resin/adhesive-related quality issues

· Monitoring chemical/raw-material consumption and maintaining proper records

· Ensuring protected handling and storage of chemicals in the laboratory and production area
