JOB DESCRIPTION – SITE ENGINEER

Location: Project Sites – India / As per project requirement
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Job Purpose

To manage installation, erection, commissioning, troubleshooting and site execution of bottling, filling, packaging and industrial machinery at customer sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution

- Supervise machine installation, erection and commissioning.
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical installation activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings and project requirements.
- Monitor site manpower and contractor activities.
- Prepare daily site work plans.

Machine Installation & Commissioning

- Handle installation and commissioning of:
- Bottle Filling Machines
- Bottle Washing Machines
- Bottle Packaging Machines
- SPM Machines
- Conveyors
- Tanks and related equipment
- Check machine alignment, leveling and assembly.
- Coordinate machine trial runs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical/operational issues.

Client Coordination

- Coordinate with client representatives at site.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them to management.
- Attend site meetings and technical discussions.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.

Reporting





Maintain and submit:

- Daily Site Progress Report
- Manpower Report
- Material Requirement Report
- Site Issue Report
- Installation Status
- Commissioning Report
- Punch-Point Report
- Daily Photos/Videos as required

Material & Tools

- Check availability of tools and materials at site.
- Raise material requirements in advance.
- Track material received and consumed.
- Prevent material loss and damage.

Safety

- Ensure site work is carried out according to safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Safety Officer/client safety team.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions and incidents.

Required Skills

- Robust mechanical/electrical site execution knowledge.
- Machine installation and commissioning experience.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Good Excel and Google Sheets knowledge.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
