Job Summary: Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for electronic components, PCB, ICs, semiconductors, connectors, transformers, passive components, mechanical parts, packaging materials, and indirect purchases required for smooth manufacturing operations. The role ensures timely procurement, cost optimization, supplier development, inventory control, and compliance with quality and delivery standards in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.

Preferred Experience /Background: Electronic Manufacturing, PCB Assembly/PCBA/EMS, Power Electronics, Power Supplies/SMPS, UPS/Inverters, BMS, EV/Battery Chargers, LED Drivers/Adapters, Air Conditioning/HVAC, Solar Inverters, Motor Drives/BLDC Controllers, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Consumer Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Automotive Electronics, and Renewable Energy, Led Lights etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management

- Handle procurement of electronic components such as PCB, ICs, semiconductors, connectors, transformers, passive components, and mechanical parts.
- Manage sourcing of BOM-based materials for production planning.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Monitor and control procurement budgets and purchase costs.

Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and contract manufacturers.




- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, MOQ, and contracts with vendors.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and delivery performance.
- Conduct vendor audits and supplier performance reviews.

Inventory & Cost Control

- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess stock and shortages.
- Coordinate with stores and planning teams for stock availability and reorder planning.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives through alternate sourcing and negotiation.
- Track market trends and pricing for critical components.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) with sourcing and supplier readiness.
- Coordinate with QA for material quality approvals and vendor compliance.

Documentation & Compliance

- Ensure purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records are properly maintained.
- Maintain ERP/MRP procurement data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requiremen

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
