Experience:- 5 to 8yrs
Location:- R A Puram, Chennai
Skills:-
Including drafting terms, and handling amendments. It covers planning, bidding, negotiations, and post-execution tasks like tracking deliverables and resolving disputes, Administer contracts, claims, and disputes for residential/commercial projects, Draft/review contracts,manage variations and EOTs, Handle arbitrations, payments, and compliance, Advise on risk allocation.
